BROCK-SMITH, Jeremy Mark (Jerry). – On October 6, 2024, peacefully after a long illness at Te Omanga Hospice, Lower Hutt; aged 41 years. Cherished husband and best friend of Maria (nee Pollard). Much loved son of Dr. Ralph & Adrienne Brock-Smith. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Sam & Lynn, Benjamin & Karlina, Felicity & Rob, Johnny & Kellie. Loved by all extended family. Special thanks to all the staff at Te Omanga Hospice for all their wonderful care. A service for Jerry will be held in Hutt City Church, 22 Marsden Street, Melling, Lower Hutt on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 11:00am followed by interment at Akatarawa Cemetery.
