In loving memory of Ursula Patricia Carroll who died on 16 October 2025 aged 85 years. Loved wife of Richard (deceased). Loved mother and mother-in-law of Richard and Tereska, Jacqueline, Audrey (deceased), Paul and Wendy, Michelle (Mitch) and Ben. Loved grandma of Jessica, Sean, Rebekah, Broderick, Nicholas, Aidan, Lucas, Sebastien and Evie and great grandma to Remy.

In lieu of flowers donations to Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the Mass or posted to PO Box 7442, Newtown, Wellington 6242. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Ursula at St Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 173 Clyde Street, Island Bay on Thursday, 23 October, commencing at 11am. Thereafter to Makara Cemetery.
