Margaret Donachie (nee Hickland)

Peacefully surrounded by family and close friends on 23 February 2026, aged 85 years.

Loved wife of the late George, cherished mother of Christopher and Mhoira, and nana of Sean.

Special thanks to Fergusson Dementia Unit for their wonderful care of mum over the last few years.

A celebration of Margaret’s life will be held at Kingswood, Cnr of King and Cairo Streets, Upper Hutt on Friday 27 February 2026 at 10am, followed by burial at Akatarawa Cemetery.
