On the 9 September 2026 at Bob Scott Village, Petone, our beautiful Mother peacefully passed away after an amazing long life, aged 104 years.
Adored wife of John (decd) for 69 years. Treasured Mother and Mother-in-law of John (decd) and Pam, Les (decd) and Alexa (decd), Kay and Brian Lummis, Vicki Wybrant, Wendy and Mike Brittain. Respected and much-loved grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother to all her wide extended family.
Our sincere appreciation and grateful thanks to the staff at Bob Scott Village for the dedicated care (especially in the last few weeks) of Olive and the friendships she made over her 8 years at the village.
The service will be livestreamed with access available via the window below.
A celebration of Olive’s life will be held at Cornwall Manor, Cnr of Knights Road and Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt on Saturday, 19 September 2026 at 1pm, followed by a private cremation.
