ENGLISH, Trevor Joseph of Upper Hutt. It is with great sadness that the family shares news of Trevor’s sudden passing at home in Silverstream on Monday, 4 May 2026 at 86 years old.
Dearly loved husband of Karen. Much loved Dad of Samantha and Nathan. Beloved grandfather of Alexis, Xavier, Sophie and Louise. Loved father-in-law of Justin and Nikki.
Trevor leaves us with precious memories of his wit, humour, adventurous spirit, strong moral compass and considerable kindness. He will also be remembered for his passion for the environment and commitment to serving the community.
He will be greatly missed.
In accordance with Trevor’s wishes, a private cremation will take place on Friday 15th May.
A public Memorial Service to celebrate Trevor’s life will be held on Monday 18th May between 12.30pm and 2.30pm at the Function Room (Upper floor of the Recreation Centre), Summerset Retirement Village, 20 Racecourse Road, Trentham, Upper Hutt.
Anyone who would like to farewell Trevor is most welcome.
