Elizabeth Jane (Liz) Gillespie

Gillespie, Elizabeth (Liz) Jane, née Fieldes, died 17 November 2024. Loved wife of Roderick (Rod) and loved mother of Alexandra (Alex), Charles, and Edwina. Loved by her family in Canada: her son-in-law Richard Ogden, her grandchildren, Freddie, Thomas, and Eleanor, her sister Mary Ann Fieldes (deceased), and her nephews, Jameel (deceased) and Naseem Al-Aidroos. Loved by her Nelson family: her daughter-in-law Sally Gepp and her grandchildren, Arthur and Dixie Gillespie. Loved sister of Blake Fieldes, sister-in-law of Sue Fieldes, and aunt of Tim, Luke, Hannah, and Alan Fieldes. Loved sister-in-law of Brian (deceased) and Vivienne Gillespie, and aunt of Andrew and Alastair Gillespie. Liz will be cremated privately. Friends are invited to celebrate her life with her family at 1pm on Friday 22 November at Boulcott’s Farm, Heritage Golf Club, Military Road, Lower Hutt.
