Loved son to the late Harry and Jean, brother to Julia and uncle to Fraser and Andrew. Cousin to Suzie and Robert.

Lovingly cared for by Idea Services and IHC for many years.

A celebration of Phil’s life will be held at Cornwall Manor, Cnr of Knights Road and Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt on Friday 14 November 2025 at 2pm.
