On 21 June 2026 at her home and with her family in Pukerua Bay.
Wife of Rick, daughter of Rhod & Jane, sister to Pete, Rob, and Zoo, mother to Bridget, Broc, Blake, Louis, Jeremy, and Jono.
Wahine toa, friend, advocate, example, joy, and absolute love to many. A life dedicated to others, and to public health.
No dress code. Kate lived a life full of colour, please wear what you feel most comfortable in.
Kate was never one to miss a party, and her casket will remain uncovered for her service. You are warmly invited to bring a cutting from your garden – flowers, herbs or greenery, to leave with Kate.
