Ratan Magan-Hira

Passed away peacefully on the 4th October 2023 surrounded by her family. Dearly loved wife of the late Magan Hira, Ba of Jamu & Lakhu, Savita & Khandu, (late) Sumant & Simi, Vimu & Jim, Balvant & Meena. Much adored Ba of Neela & Satheesh, Tara & Koshick, Jayesh, Saira & Umesh, Nayan & Sunita, Lisa, Neesha & Mehul, Rakesh & Manisha, Jayshree & Girish, Rachael & Antoni, Mark & Caylie, Jonathan & Kate, Jared, Sarita & Karan and Caleb. Cherished Great-Grandmother of Milan, Priya & Maya; Jayan, Keenan & Aliya; Jayna and Sachin; Jason, Kieran & Daniel; Ashiya, Karina & Jaylan; Kheran; Ana, Nia & Jayda; Thea, Eliza & Charlotte; Niko & Rosie; and Emilia.

A service to celebrate Ratanben’s life will be held at ARISE Church, 3 Pito-One Road, Koro Koro, Lower Hutt on Saturday 7^th October. You are welcome to come and pay your respects from 9.00am, the service will start at 9.30am.

Family requests no visitors on Friday as we prepare for Ba’s funeral.  Visitors are welcome at 31 Orr Crescent, Lower Hutt between 2.00pm and 6.00pm on Sunday 8th, Monday 9th, Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th October. A special thank you to the staff at Hutt Hospital for the care and kindness shown to our mother.
