Penelope Mary (Penny) Muir

MUIR, Penelope Mary (Penny). –  On July 16, 2024 peacefully at Te Omanga Hospice, Lower Hutt, after a short illness; aged 77 years.  Dearly loved wife of John.  Much loved mother of Antonia and her partner Alan, Nicholas (dec), Natasha, and Andrew (dec).  Dearly loved Nan of George, Otto, Molly, Jasper and Poppy.  Beloved sister of Pamela (dec) and David Locke.  Special Aunt of David, Melinda and Jonathan. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made online to Te Omanga Hospice at www.teomanga.org.nz.   A service to celebrate Penny’s life will be held in Cornwall Manor, Cnr Knights Road and Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 10.30am followed by private cremation.  For those unable to attend a livestream link is on the funeral home website.
