Died peacefully at home on 6 February 2026, surrounded by her daughters.

Dearly loved wife of the late Kevin. Cherished mother of Helen, Mandy and Trish. Adored Grammee of Molly and Bridget. Much‑loved mother‑in‑law of Ray. Special Auntie to Kevin, Mikey, Delia and Ruairí. Treasured by her many nieces, nephews and extended family overseas.
The Rosary will be held at Mary’s home on Wednesday, 11 February at 6pm.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, 1 Pine Avenue, Upper Hutt, on Thursday, 12 February at 11am, followed by a private family burial.
