Irene Stobert

Peacefully passed away after a short battle with cancer on 29 October 2025, aged 81 years. Much-loved wife of the late Charlie, beloved sister to Christine and Mum and Mum-in-law to Charles and Heather and Julie and Jonathan. Treasured Grandma of Kate and Conor, and step-grandmother to Samuel.

Irene will be remembered for her warmth, gentle strength, and deep love for her family. Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Bupa Crofton Downs for their kind and compassionate care.

Irene’s family request for all attending her service to please dress in bright cheerful colours.
