Anna’s whãnau are deeply saddened to let you all know that Anna died peacefully on Sunday morning in the ICU at Wellington Hospital.

While her earthly presence will no longer be with her husband Daryl, her children Kayne, Royanna, Gemma, Rose and Tamsyn, her Mum Mata, brothers Leo and Joe, all of her many whãnau and friends, Anna will continue to live in our hearts and minds forever.

Anna’s whãnau wish to thank everyone involved in her health journey. We particularly want to thank her Renal Specialist Dr. Philip Matheson, the staff at Kenepuru Dialysis and all the staff in the ICU at Wellington Hospital.

A celebration of Anna’s life will be held on Saturday the 6th of December at 9.30 a.m. in the Church of Saint Francis of Assisi, Ohariu, 29 Dr Taylor Terrace Johnsonville.

You are welcome at their home from Wednesday to Thursday between the hours of 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday visiting hours are restricted to 1 pm to 3 pm.   Please respect these times as they allow space for Anna and her whãnau needs to be met. There will be plenty of time after Anna’s funeral to also spend time with her whãnau.  We respectfully request that if you are unwell you do not visit – Mei taki

In lieu of flowers we request donations in Anna’s name to the Wellington Free Ambulance Service. We hope that when you think of Anna you will be inspired by her grace, strength and courage.
