Passed away peacefully in his sleep on (4th of June 2026) aged 88 years.
Beloved husband of Pam (deceased 2016) and more recently loving partner of Jacqui
Always a present, loving and supportive father of Michael, Liz and Jon and fun-filled grandpop of Jaimee, Max and Tully. His family will miss his daily contact dearly. Thank you for all the precious years you gave us… you will be forever loved and never forgotten.

Bill’s generosity, genuine care and affection for people from all walks of life left lasting memories for anyone crossing his path. His decades-long dedication to community, sporting and political groups extended throughout New Zealand, and his enduring energy inspired all.
A service to celebrate Bill’s life will be held at the Heretaunga Community Centre, 51 Lane St, Upper Hutt on 22 June 2026 at 11am. All are warmly invited and very welcome.
