BURNS, Ian Stuart: Passed away peacefully on 12 August 2025. Dearly loved husband of Colleen. Much loved father and father-in-law of Pru & Richard, Pene & Grant and Nikki & Malte. Loving stepfather of Andrew & Abi and Marlene & Luke. Adored Grandad of his 8 grandchildren. Kind and generous with his time, Ian loved nothing more than being out on the water. A service to celebrate Ian’s life will be held in Cornwall Manor, corner Knights Road & Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt on Friday 22 August, 2025 at 10.00am. In lieu of flowers, donations to Te Omanga Hospice or Wellington Volunteer Coastguard would be appreciated.
