David Butler

BUTLER: David William; It is with great sadness that we inform family, friends and associates, of the death of beloved husband, phenomenal father and loving brother, David Butler at 1.30pm on June 27, 2024, aged 72 years.

He passed away peacefully with his wife Joy, daughter Holly and sister Jenny by his side. He was a true renaissance man, a jack and master of his many trades and a highly respected member of the legal and racing communities. He was deeply loved by his family and many friends and he will be sorely missed. He is survived by his wife Joy, his daughter Holly, his grandchildren Rio and Ziggy and his sister Jenny.

A celebration of David’s life will be held in the Lower Hutt Events Centre, 30C Laings Road, Lower Hutt on Thursday July 4, 2024 at 2.00pm. All are welcome.
