Our darling Sally passed away peacefully, surrounded by those who adored her.

She was a dearly loved daughter of the late Stanley & Lois Smith, and sister of the late Tony and Dan.

A treasured mother to Patrick (dec), Anna and Rachael.

Much loved mother-in-law of Joanne and Martin.

A precious Granny to Hayden, Sean, Alexandra, Olivia, Liam, Hunter, Georgia and Angus.

Beloved great granny, “GG” to Louis and Rylee.

A heartfelt and sincere thanks to the wonderful nurses and care staff, at Woburn Enliven Hospital where Sally lived for the past 7 years.

Our hearts are broken forever,

be at peace where angels hold your hand.

We are all looking for your star in that night sky, your smile in the shining sun. Arohanui ♥️
