GOVAN: John Robert (Major Rtd); on May 30, 2025 after a battle with Dementia, now finally at peace, aged 75 years.

Loved husband of Annette and loved father and father in law of Vanessa and Philip, and Nicola.

Dearly loved Pop of Caleb, Charlotte; and Ben.  Dearly loved son of the late Noeline and Bert.

Loved brother of Alec, Andrea, and Mary.

Special thanks to the staff at Heretaunga Rest Home for their loving care of John over a number of years.

A celebration of John’s life will be held in Kingswood, corner King and Cairo Streets, Upper Hutt on Tuesday June 3, 2025 at 10.30am thereafter private cremation at Akatarawa.
