Maureen Scott Hayne

HAYNE, Maureen Scott (nee Davenport).- On 21 July, 2024, after a long illness at Heretaunga Rest Home, Upper Hutt; aged 83 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Norm. A loved and loving mother and mother-in-law of Greg & Debbie, Murray & Anita, Bevan & Joanne, Jeff & Lianne, Aaron & Philippa. Grandma to Robert, Matthew, Amy, Cassandra, Melissa, Kaitlin, Shontelle, Sheldon, Jayden, Paris, Reuben and Zoe. Great-grandma to Rekai, Pipiana, Ra, Baylee, Reed, Leighton, Lyla, Daniel, Emily, Lily, Caleb, Theia. Special thanks to the staff at Heretaunga Rest Home for their wonderful care. In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimers New Zealand would be appreciated and may be made online www.alzheimers.org.nz. A celebration of Maureen’s life will be held in Kingswood, Cnr King & Cairo Street, Upper Hutt on Friday, July 26, 2024, at 10.30am, followed by private cremation.
