S. Sgt K569052 died peacefully on 21 June 2025, almost 91. Dearly loved husband of Ann. Father and  father-in-law of Terry & Jackie, Susan & Steve, Julie & Ged. Grandfather of Roydon & Mikaela, Mathew & Hayley, Chloe-Rose & Lachlann  and Bella. Great Grandfather of Harper, Evelyn, Casey, Luca and Declan. A funeral service for Rex will be held in Kingswood, corner King and Cairo Streets, Upper Hutt on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 2.00pm thereafter private cremation at Akatarawa. Gone to that golf course in the sky.
